What's included in the price?+
All packages include design, development, testing and deployment, as well as hosting, SSL and domain configuration. Monthly care is listed separately.
How long does a project take?+
A Landing Page is ready in 1–2 weeks. An Essential project in 2–3 weeks. Professional projects take 4–6 weeks.
How is the payment split?+
50% of the setup fee is due at project start; the remaining 50% is due before the website goes live.
When does monthly care begin?+
Monthly care starts from the date the website is published.
Do unused monthly hours roll over?+
No. Support hours included in the monthly package expire at the end of the month and do not carry over.
Who can make changes to the website?+
All changes to the website are made exclusively by Sakkora to ensure quality and technical integrity.
What is billed separately?+
New sections, additional forms, multilingual support, special features, advanced SEO and major revisions are quoted and billed separately.
What if I already have my own domain?+
Sakkora handles the initial DNS configuration. The client retains responsibility for their domain account.
What if Sakkora manages the domain?+
If the domain is managed by Sakkora, it is included in the monthly service, except for premium domains or those with above-average registration costs.
What does the monthly service include?+
The monthly service includes managed hosting, SSL certificate, support and maintenance according to the chosen package.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?+
We agree in advance whether the website stays active, a copy is handed over, it is migrated to another provider, or an exit fee applies.
Where is the hosting?+
We host on Swiss servers by default. EU servers (GDPR-compliant) are available on request.
